We do not accept cancellations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted.
Forced Returned Items are NOT accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Please understand that postage fees are non-refundable once the package is handed over to the carrier, and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted if a package is returned to us. This is why we ask that everyone double-check their shipping address. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Shipping fields that are too long for the carrier's standards will be shortened to meet the requirements. Please do not add anything extra in these lines, such as special instructions for the carrier.
