Item was returned back to them over and over again months time has passed and order has not been completed.
It is so sad to see such a poor and dishonest review :( As we have no control over the postal system. After USPS could not deliver the package, we went and covered the higher cost to ship via USP after completely remaking the order. Which has now been delivered for some time now.
We understand the frustration when mail isn't delivered when expected, it happens to everyone from time to time. However, we can't fix anything on our end until we know the reason for non-delivery. Therefore we can prevent it from happening again. This situation with the postal system is complicated and is nothing that we could have anticipated or prevented. Again, we understand the disappointment, but please direct that frustration to the postal system that failed to deliver your package to you and then back to us. Tracking still shows it out for delivery.
Really nice piece. The issue is once on, insanely painful to get off! You really need to make the clamps adjustable but also add some clear rubber padding to the clip ends. I think making them more adjustable as opposed to just open and closed is best
Thank you so much for the feedback and ideas. The clips are actually adjustable! Simply open the clip, then pull apart just a tiny bit. Close the clip to check, repeat if needed.
