How to Put On Nipple Nooses:

 Start with an erect nipple. Place the noose around the nipple. Slide the fastener bead up to tighten while holding the bottom of the noose with the other hand. DO NOT Pull on Jewelry or Chains. After a couple of minutes, you may want to check on the tightness and adjust as needed. After the nipple noose is secure on the nipple, gentle tugging on chains is safe. However, sudden jerks or strong pulls may damage the jewelry.
