Remove and store safely before sleeping.
Do not expose to water, sweat, and chemicals (this includes cosmetics). If exposure occurs, wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Silver plated metals will tarnish (oxidize) over time with exposure to oxygen and moisture.

Didn’t hold up.

First time using the chain came apart. It was not worth the hassle to return.

We always encourage our customers to let us know if an issue accures, via message or email, as we may not see all reviews.

We know that things can happen, between human error and mail monsters stepping on packages, any is possible. We have made 10s of thousands of items in the past 6 years, that have shipped all over the world, so we know the types of things that could cause damage to chain and connectors.

If an item does arrive deffective, please send us some pictures of the item, including close ups and a picture of our signature on your invoice. (In the case that one of us did make a mistake, this helps us not to fight over it, LOL.)

In most cases, we can just make you a new item and you can toss out the broken one. We will let you know after contacting us if that is or isn't possible, of course.

Again, we are sorry that happened!
